Michael Elkins

Michael Elkins is an accomplished attorney specializing in title insurance and closing management, currently serving as the Executive Vice President and National Closing Manager at First Nationwide Title, a division of Fidelity National Title, since February 2014. In addition to this role, Michael holds experience as Underwriting Counsel at AmTrust Title from May 2016 to October 2024, and previously worked as an attorney at The Elkins Firm from September 2012 to September 2015. Michael earned a Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law between 2009 and 2011, following a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Economics from The University of Texas at Austin, completed in 2007.
