Theresa Thompson

Theresa Thompson's work experience includes roles as a Senior Vice President and Compliance Officer at First Northern Bank & Trust Co since January 2021, and previously as a Vice President and Compliance Officer since January 2018. Theresa was also a Trustee on the Executive Board of The Arc of Essex County from September 2014 to September 2020. Prior to that, Theresa worked as a Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at Prudential Mutual Funds from 2008 to 2017. Theresa also held the position of Vice President, Compliance at PGIM Investments LLC (formerly Prudential Investments LLC) from 2001 to 2017, where they had a wide range of responsibilities including oversight of compliance programs, due diligence reviews, and training. Theresa began their career at Prudential Financial in 1998 as a Vice President Compliance.

Theresa Thompson holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Hofstra University. Theresa also completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, also from Hofstra University.
