Kimberly Debra

Kimberly DeBra brings a wealth of experience from a remarkable 33-year career at First Northern Bank, where Kimberly held various leadership roles including EVP/Corporate Communications, Sales & Marketing, and Chief Communications Officer. Kimberly began as an AVP/Credit Card Services Manager and steadily advanced through the ranks, demonstrating expertise in marketing and corporate communications. In March 2024, Kimberly transitioned to retirement after an esteemed tenure. Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography with a focus on Satellite Remote Sensing from UC Santa Barbara between 1984 and 1987, and graduated from the ABA's Graduate School of Bank Marketing & Management in 2000, specializing in Marketing & Management.
