Simeon Stoqnov

Simeon Stoqnov has over a decade of experience in customer support and sales roles. Currently serving as a Customer Support Representative at First Online Solutions since September 2013, Simeon manages customer communications via email and phone, addresses service issues, and assists with pricing changes. Prior to this, Simeon worked as a Salesman at Store Complex from June 2010 to September 2013, where responsibilities included product placement, customer engagement, and preparing daily financial reports. Simeon holds a Master's degree in Sales Management and Merchandising from the University of Economics Varna, completed in 2014, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the same institution, completed in 2013. Additionally, Simeon received vocational training from the Vocational School of Construction, Architecture and Geodesy in Shumen.
