Harris Bergman

Harris Bergman currently serves as the Senior Director of Process and Technology at First Onsite Property Restoration, a position held since September 2020, and previously held the role of Director of Process and Technology at the same organization. Prior to this, Harris was the Organizational Efficiency Manager at Rolyn Companies, Inc., from May 2019 until September 2020, during which time the company was acquired by Interstate Restoration. Harris also contributed as an Associate Consultant at The Collective Good LLC and held various positions at Rolyn Companies Inc., including Systems Efficiency and Operational Support, where notable achievements included leading a team to manage mold growth during a hospital renovation and advocating for new decontamination technology. Earlier experience includes serving as a Product Specialist at TOMI Environmental Solutions and as a Marketing and Business Development Representative at Rolyn Companies Inc. Harris holds a Master’s Degree in Sustainability Management from American University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Philosophy from the University of Tampa, with additional studies at Macquarie University.
