Clayton Jones

Clayton Jones has a diverse work experience in the mortgage industry. Clayton started their career at First Option Mortgage in 2009 as an Underwriter, where they worked on FHA, conventional, USDA, and state-specific home loans. Clayton then progressed to become an Underwriting Supervisor, supervising a group of underwriters managing a pipeline of loans from all over the country. In 2013, they joined Stonegate Mortgage Corporation as an Underwriter Team Lead, responsible for managing a team of underwriters. Clayton later transitioned to the role of Secondary Marketing Operations Manager, overseeing marketing operations. In 2015, Clayton joined First Option Mortgage again as the Vice President of Credit Risk-Mortgage.

Clayton Jones earned their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Wabash College, where they attended from 1999 to 2003.
