August Patterson

August Patterson has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. August began their career in 2004 at Sprint Nextel as a Network Engineer before transitioning to a Product Manager role. In 2008, they joined Perceptive Software as a Senior Product Manager and later became a Senior Software Engineer. August then worked at Intouch Solutions as an iOS App Developer and later as a Senior iOS Application Developer. In 2012, they joined TouchNet Information Systems, Inc. as a Lead iOS Application Developer. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Freelance iOS App Developer, partnering with non-technical founders to launch several successful products. August then founded Sherpa Innovation LLC and served as the Business Owner, overseeing a software development agency and achieving significant revenue growth. August Patterson joined First Orion in 2017 and held various roles, including Senior Mobile Application Developer, Team Lead Mobile Application Development, Associate Director of Mobile Engineering, Director of Mobile Engineering, and currently serves as the Senior Director of Software Engineering. Throughout their career, August has demonstrated expertise in mobile application development, automated testing, team management, and strategic planning.

August Patterson attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. August then pursued further education at the same university from 2002 to 2004 and obtained another Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering.
