Matthew Montgomery

Matthew Montgomery has gained extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Matthew started their career at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2014 as an Inside Enterprise Account Manager, where they were responsible for generating leads and advancing them through the sales cycle. Matthew then moved on to becoming an Inside Sales Representative in the Service Provider space, covering Tier 2 accounts for the company.

In 2016, Matthew joined Insight as an Inside Sales Representative for a brief period before transitioning to Molex as an Associate Product Manager. At Molex, Matthew played a pivotal role in designing and executing the product development strategy for a range of cable and connector product offerings. Matthew collaborated with cross-functional teams and engaged with customers to deliver solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner. Matthew was responsible for creating and expanding the product portfolio, visualizing roadmaps, managing P&L, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Most recently, Matthew joined First Orion in 2021. Matthew initially held the position of Product Analyst before being promoted to the role of Product Manager - Team Lead in January 2022.

Matthew Montgomery attended the University of Arkansas from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biological Anthropology.
