Travis Maas

Travis Maas, MBA, has had a diverse range of roles and responsibilities throughout their work experience. Travis'smost recent position was as the Director of Client Operations at First Orion, which they started in August 2017. Prior to that, they worked at T-Mobile for 14 years, where they held various management roles. Travis was the Senior Manager of Systems Design & Strategy, responsible for managing a team of design engineers and overseeing the evolution of voicemail and voice messaging technologies. Travis also served as the Manager of Technical Support, Tier II, where they focused on customer issues and improved platform design. Earlier in their career at T-Mobile, Travis worked as the Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager, leading a team of shift managers and ensuring efficient processes were implemented. Travis also served as the Mobile Switch Office Manager, responsible for optimizing network performance and resolving call quality issues. Overall, Travis has a strong background in telecommunications and has experience in operations management, technical support, and network optimization.

Travis Maas, MBA, earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Phoenix in 2013-2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from the same university in 2003-2005. Travis completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Geography at New Mexico State University from 1996-1998.
