Philip Y.h. Fan

Mr. Fan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, a Master’s Degree in Operations Research from Stanford University, and a Master’s Degree in Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mr. Fan had been an Executive Director of CITIC Pacific Limited in charge of industrial projects in China. Prior to his retirement as the Executive Director and General Manager of China Everbright International Limited, he made a significant contribution to the company’s leadership position in the Chinese Waste-to-energy industry.
