Steve Shipley

Steve Shipley is currently the Chief of Communications at Allegany County Department of Emergency Services since June 2023. Prior to this role, Steve held the position of Assistant Vice President-Security Officer at First Peoples Community Federal Credit Union starting in September 2019. With a background in emergency management, Steve previously served as the Chief of Emergency Management at Allegany County Department of Emergency Services for over 14 years. Additionally, Steve has experience as a Lead Dispatcher and CAD Administrator. Steve attended Allegany College of Maryland from 2003 to 2005.
