Raynald Herrera

Raynald Herrera currently serves as Senior Manager of Park Operations at First Philippine Industrial Park, Inc., a position held since January 2022. Prior roles include Commercial Manager at AboitizLand, Inc., and Property Administration and Purchasing Head at Maybank Philippines Inc. Raynald also gained significant experience at Ayala Property Management Corporation, where roles included Area Manager for Tower One and Exchange Plaza and Property Manager for the Greenbelt mall in Makati. Earlier in the career at Samsung Electro-Mechanics, Raynald worked as Equipment Engineer and Night Duty Manager.
