Matt Levy

Matt Levy has extensive experience in data analysis and evaluation. Matt currently serves as the Vice President of Evaluation & Learning at First Place for Youth, where they are responsible for measuring and evaluating programs for transition-age foster youth. Matt also oversees the organization's data systems and plays a role in driving innovation. Before this, they worked as the Director of Data & Performance Management at the same organization. Matt's previous experience includes working as a Data Scientist at the Judicial Council of California and as a Senior Director of Issue Analytics at High Lantern Group. Matt also has experience in strategy consulting and research roles at organizations such as Monitor 360 and Stanford ChangeLabs. Earlier in their career, Matt worked at the National Democratic Institute and Janaagraha Centre for Citizenship and Democracy.

Matt Levy obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs with Minors in Spanish and History from The George Washington University from 2004 to 2008. Matt later pursued a Masters in International Policy Studies with a specialization in Democracy, Development, and the Rule-of-Law from Stanford University between 2012 and 2014. In 2013, they participated in an academic exchange program at The Diplomatic Academy of Vienna, although the specific field of study is not mentioned.
