Amanda Jones

Amanda Jones serves as the Marketing Manager at First Pointe Management Group since December 2009, overseeing marketing efforts for over 45 owner-managed multi-family communities, including the management of reputation and website design for the entire portfolio. Prior to this role, Amanda held the position of Property Manager, where responsibilities included managing budgets, maintaining high occupancy rates, and overseeing rent increases. Amanda's earlier experience includes a role as a Sales Management Trainee at Ferguson, involving showroom sales, vendor coordination, and bid preparation. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from California State University, Chico, awarded in 2007.
