Jason Wallen

Jason Wallen is an experienced professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as the AVP of Learning and Development at First PREMIER Bank/PREMIER Bankcard since April 2022. Prior to this role, Jason held various positions, including Director of Learning and Development, Learning and Development Manager, and Sales Training Manager at Great Western Bank from December 2009 to April 2022. Jason’s career began at Wells Fargo, where responsibilities included Business Development Consultant and roles in credit underwriting and collections from August 2003 to December 2009. Jason earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from Southwest Minnesota State University.
