Natasha Hulscher

Natasha Hulscher is an experienced professional in human resources and employee benefits management. Currently serving as the Director of Benefits and Wellness at First PREMIER Bank/PREMIER Bankcard since October 2017, Natasha previously held the position of Benefits Manager in the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at Bell Incorporated from December 2014 to October 2017 and as the Human Resources Manager at AmesburyTruth between May 2013 and December 2014. Natasha holds a Master's degree in Administrative Studies from the University of South Dakota (2009-2011) and a Bachelor's degree in History and International Studies from South Dakota State University (2003-2007).
