Przemyslaw Kiszka

Przemyslaw Kiszka is the Managing Director of First Property Poland Sp. z o.o. at First Property Group. Przemyslaw has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Przemyslaw started their career as a Financial Analyst at INVESCO Poland / ARKA-INVESCO PTE SA from June 1999 to May 2002. Przemyslaw then moved on to Wola Park / Central European Property Fund as a Financial Analyst from June 2002 to September 2005. In their current role, Przemyslaw is responsible for the management and development of First Property Group’s portfolio in Poland.

Przemyslaw Kiszka graduated from SGH Warsaw School of Economics with a Master's degree in Finance and Banking. Przemyslaw is a CFA Charterholder from 2007 to 2014 and is certified from the CFA Institute.

Their manager is Ben Habib, Group Chief Executive. They work with John Roberts - Head of UK Asset Management, Barbara Komendowska - Chief Accountant, First Property Poland, and Laura James - Group Finance Director.
