Eni Gjermeni

Eni Gjermeni, MHRM, is a seasoned professional in the field of Human Resources with extensive experience at First Quantum Minerals since March 2013, currently serving as Lead of Group Talent (Americas). Eni has previously held roles such as Business Partner and Specialist within Group HR, contributing to the company’s operations as one of the world's leading copper producers. Prior to First Quantum, Eni worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Inmet Mining Corporation, which was acquired by First Quantum. Eni's academic credentials include an Executive Master's degree and a Professional Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management, along with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Business and Society from York University, and a Certificate in Business Fundamentals from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
