Graeme Hackland

Graeme Hackland has extensive experience in IT leadership across various sectors, including recent roles as CTO-IT at First Quantum Minerals, focusing on enterprise architecture and technology roadmaps, and interim EMEA Lead, supporting operational teams. Previously, Graeme served as Vice President of IT at PlayStation and as Chief Information Officer at Williams Racing, where responsibilities included enhancing information systems for improved performance and efficiency. Graeme's earlier experience at Lotus F1 Team included roles such as IT/IS Director and Head of IS, contributing significantly to technology governance and performance enhancement. Graeme began a career in network support as an analyst at Benetton Formula Ltd. Academically, Graeme holds an NDip in Electronics from Technikon Natal and completed education at Queensburgh Boys High.
