Mtukwa Sondoyi

Mtukwa Sondoyi is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and acquisition, currently serving as the Group Talent Lead for Africa at First Quantum Minerals since May 2022. Prior to this role, Mtukwa held multiple positions at Zambia National Commercial Bank (Zanaco) PLC from June 2018 to October 2022, focusing on talent acquisition and engagement. Earlier experience includes roles at Konkola Copper Mines plc from July 2013 to May 2018, where responsibilities encompassed HR operations and employee relations. Mtukwa holds a Credential of Readiness in Fundamentals of Business from Harvard Business School Online and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Zambia.
