Jack M. Melton

Jack M. Melton has an extensive work history, starting with their role as an Engineering Support Technical Lead at Northrop Grumman Information Systems from 2002 to 2005. Jack M. then became a Site Lead at Northrop Grumman Corporation from 2006 to 2010, where they worked on computing process management, configuration management, security, operating systems update support, application integration, Microsoft update and security patch management, and SMS/WSUS administration. In 2010, they became a Systems Analyst at Northrop Grumman Corporation, holding that position until 2012, when they began working at MD Anderson Cancer Center as a Systems Analyst III, developing custom XML code for an in-progress migration from Windows XP to Windows 7 and working on Crash Plan Pro. Melton then worked at First Rate, Inc as an Investment Performance Auditor from May 2013 to October 2013 and as an Investment Performance Analyst from January 2014 to November 2017, before transitioning to become a Technical Support Analyst and a System Administrator at the same company from November 2017 to the present.

Jack M. Melton obtained their diploma from Kilgore High School in 1972, after completing a general studies program. In 1987, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Arkansas University. During their time there, they studied history, political science, and information systems.
