The Accounting & Compliance team at First Reserve ensures adherence to financial regulations and optimal financial operations within the firm's energy-focused private equity investments. The team handles the meticulous preparation and oversight of financial statements, manages fund accounting, monitors investment compliance, and ensures all financial activities align with regulatory requirements. Team members include Compliance Officers and Managers who enforce compliance policies and Controllers along with Fund Accountants who are responsible for accurate financial reporting and fund management.
