Lauren Ranalli

Lauren Ranalli has a strong work experience in the finance and banking industry. Lauren co-founded First Resource Bank Pennsylvania in 2004, where they held various key roles such as President, CFO, and EVP. Lauren was responsible for finance, human resources, operations, retail banking, and lending functions. Lauren also served as a member of multiple committees and the Board of Directors. Prior to First Resource Bank, they worked at Stonebridge Bank as VP and Controller, overseeing the daily financial management of the bank. Lauren also had experience as a Controller at Ashton Technology Group and as an Auditor at EY. Overall, Lauren has comprehensive expertise in finance, accounting, risk management, and banking operations.

Lauren Ranalli earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Villanova University, which they attended from 1992 to 1996. In 2019, they pursued the Wharton Leadership Program at ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and completed an Accelerated Program, which concluded in 2020.
