Tengku Rizal Alfasya has a Bachelor's degree from National University of Malaysia (UKM) and a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Civil Engineering from The University of Riau. Currently, working as Lead Project Engineer at First Resources Ltd., Tengku Rizal has vast experience in the engineering field, previously holding positions at Apical, RGE, Asia Pacific Rayon (APR), and APRIL.
