Erickson Trejo-Reyes

Erickson Trejo-Reyes is a seasoned professional in the field of cellular communications technology, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Network Technical Oversight at the First Responder Network Authority since October 2015. In this role, Erickson leads a team focused on the design, development, and operations of the Nationwide Public Safety Broadband Network (NPSBN) in collaboration with AT&T. Previously, Erickson held roles including Network Technology and Data Analytics Senior Engineer and Senior Core Architect at FirstNet, where responsibilities included technical oversight of core network architecture tailored for public safety communications. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Core Network at NII Holdings, Inc., overseeing upgrades to the iDEN network, and as Senior Manager of Technology Planning at Nextel de Mexico. Erickson holds a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Leeds, a Master's degree from Instituto Politécnico Nacional, and a Bachelor's degree from Benemerita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla.
