William Fillman

William (Bill) Fillman is an experienced financial executive with a robust background in both public safety telecommunications and management. Currently serving as the Deputy Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at the First Responder Network Authority since August 2015, Fillman oversees human resources and administration. Past roles at FirstNet include Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Senior Advisor for Mission Critical Telecom, where responsibilities encompassed budget formulation, financial funds management, and compliance. Prior to FirstNet, Fillman held senior positions at Tait Communications, IDT Spectrum, VOLT Telecom, Burke & Key Four Communications, and CSA, focusing on financial management, strategic operations, and engineering in the telecommunications industry. Fillman holds a BS in Management and an MBA in Finance from Eastern Illinois University.
