Marie Apke

Marie Apke currently serves as a Senior Consultant in Provider Services at First Responder Wellness since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Uprise Health, where Marie operated as both Provider Network Consultant and Provider Network Development/Account Management Consultant, focusing on EAP and Managed Behavioral Health provider network strategies from November 2017 to February 2022. Previous positions include Network Development Administrator at Ieso Digital Health and Consultant & Trauma Response Specialist at Health Care & Social Services. Marie's extensive background in the field began at Bensinger, DuPont & Associates, where contributions ranged from Chief Operating Officer to Vice President of Clinical Services, successfully increasing the client base and developing national programs. Earlier experience includes directing the State of Illinois Employee Assistance Program. Marie Apke holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from National Louis University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
