Stephen Odom, Ph.D. is the Founder, President, Chief Clinical Officer at FR Health | Family of Companies and CEO/Chief Clinical Officer at First Responder Wellness, Shift Wellness Retreats, The Counseling Team International, and Simple Recovery. Stephen has also served as CEO & Chief Clinical Officer at New Vista Behavioral Health, Director of Program Development at CRC Health Group, and Director at Hoag Hospital. Odom has obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Health Care Administration from various universities including University of Colorado Boulder and Capella University.
First Responder Wellness
At First Responder Wellness, we have carefully designed our program to help public safety professionals recover from trauma while increasing their overall well-being. We are committed to providing confidential, trusted, and effective treatment. This approach ensures that our clients will have a safe transition back to their careers and personal lives. We use a comprehensive approach to treatment and believe in incorporating family systems support. First Responder Wellness provides trauma-based mental health treatment designed by our experienced and culturally competent team where all clients can feel at ease knowing that they are surrounded by their peers. We specialize in trauma treatment and clients do not need a substance abuse diagnosis to enter our program.
