At First Responder Wellness, we have carefully designed our program to help public safety professionals recover from trauma while increasing their overall well-being. We use a comprehensive approach to treatment and believe in incorporating family systems support. First Responder Wellness provides trauma-based mental health treatment designed by our experienced and culturally competent team where all clients can feel at ease knowing that they are surrounded by their peers. We specialize in trauma treatment and clients do not need a substance abuse diagnosis to enter our program.

The Human Resources and Compliance team at First Responder Wellness is responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. This team manages employee relations, compensation, benefits, and recruitment, while also handling workers' compensation, leave of absence administration, and maintaining important employment records. Additionally, they oversee corporate compliance, organizational development, and HIPAA privacy to safeguard client confidentiality and ensure the organization meets all legal and ethical requirements.
