Dale Gritzmacher

Dale Gritzmacher is an experienced inspector and manufacturing professional with a career spanning several decades in various roles within the technology and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as an Inspector at MPI Probe Labs since December 2016, Dale evaluates the condition of Ultrasonic Medical Probes for repairs. At FIRST RF Corp in Boulder, Colorado, since 2007, Dale has progressed from Assembler to Manufacturing Line Lead, training personnel in build and RF testing techniques while managing production processes. Previous experience includes supervising at Associated ThermoForming Inc, where hiring and training were key responsibilities, and a long tenure at StorageTek, culminating in a first-level management role in electromechanical manufacturing. Dale pursued education at Front Range Community College, completing coursework towards an Associate of Science degree.
