Richard Bateman M.s.

Richard Bateman, M.S., CAPM, is a skilled project administrator with extensive experience in research and education. Currently serving at FIRST RF Corporation, Richard oversees multiple R&D and production projects while developing project management best practices. Previously, Richard held leadership roles in the PMI Mile Hi Chapter and was an influential graduate instructor and teaching assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder, where efforts included course development and student engagement initiatives. Richard's research at the National Center for Atmospheric Research focused on enhancing FAA flight safety, complemented by a strong academic foundation with a Master’s degree in Atmospheric Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Meteorology and Applied Mathematics. Notable recognition includes receiving multiple ATOC Outstanding Service Awards and a competitive NASA Earth and Space Science Fellowship.
