Steve Woolcock

Steve Woolcock, CEO of First Rung, has over 15 years experience in employment, training and skills. Steve started their career at John Laing Training, where they were Regional Director. Steve then moved to Kennedy Scott Ltd, where they were Managing Director for 8 years. In October 2014, they joined Barnardo's as UK Head of Employment, Training and Skills. Steve has been in this role for 7 years.

Steve Woolcock has an MBA from the University of Birmingham and a degree in civil engineering from the University of Warwick.
