Betsy Joy

Betsy Joy has worked in the software engineering and quality assurance field since 2008. Betsy began their career at CresTech Software Systems as a Lead Software Development and Design Engineer-Test and a Software Quality Engineer. In 2011, they took on a role as a QA Contractor at LinkedIn, and at the same time, began working at GlobalLogic as a Senior SDET. In 2013, they joined First Screen as the Head of QA, where they were responsible for product quality, testing processes, and scope definition.

Betsy Joy's education history is as follows: they obtained their ICSE from Holy Angels School, Sahibabad between 1991 and 2002. Betsy then obtained their HSC from PRESENTATION CONVENT SR. SEC. SCHOOL between 2002 and 2004. Finally, they obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering from Nagpur University between 2004 and 2008. Additionally, they have obtained 11 certifications, including Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian in June 2022, Python 101 for Data Science from Cognitive Class in March 2022, Setting a Foundation for Successful Test Automation from Applitools in March 2021, Getting Started with Go from UC Irvine in November 2020, Budgeting and Scheduling Projects and Managing Project Risks and Changes from University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education in August 2020, Initiating and Planning Projects from University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education in September 2016, Design Principles: an Introduction from University of California, San Diego in March 2016, MongoDB for .NET Developers from MongoDB University in November 2015, and Google Analytics for Beginners from Google Analytics Academy in August 2018.
