Poonam Kaushal (PSM1) (SFC™)

Poonam Kaushal (PSM1) (SFC™) has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry. Poonam began their career in 2003 as a Project Engineer at Wipro Technologies, where they worked on the Debugging Framework (DFW) testing of VxWorks. In 2006, they moved to Aricent Group as a Senior Testing Engineer, where they worked on the functional testing of Nokia's Epsilon BTS. In 2008, they joined Xchanging as a Testing Lead, where they were responsible for managing teams, client management, preparing daily/weekly status reports, requirement analysis, test estimation, test planning, and test execution. In 2011, they moved to IT CO as a BDM/Project Manager. In 2012, they joined Kualitatem Inc. as a BD/Project Manager, where they worked with DP World and Dubai Smart Government. Finally, in 2013, they joined First Screen as a QA Project Manager, where they worked in an Agile environment for Web and Mobile Rich Media promotions.

Poonam Kaushal (PSM1) (SFC™) has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Technology from MDU, obtained in 2003. Poonam also has a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Information Technology from Lingaya's Institute of Mgt. & Technology Nachauli, Old Faridabad-Jasana Road, Faridabad.
