Melissa Bird is currently serving as the AVP/Senior Credit Analyst Lead at First Security Bank Montana, after previously working as a Bank Examiner at the State of Montana, Department of Administration. Melissa is highly skilled in evaluating financial institutions for compliance with laws and regulations, assessing risk exposure, and recommending corrective actions. Melissa also has experience as an LMS Coordinator and Compliance Officer, ensuring that programs comply with standards set by governing bodies. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Montana State University.
