Brandon Moss, AAP NCP has a strong background in the banking industry with experience in various roles. Brandon started their career as a Teller/Customer Service Representative at First Arkansas Valley Bank in 2005. Brandon then moved on to Liberty Bank of Arkansas where they worked as a Teller/Financial Services Representative from 2006 to 2009.
In 2009, Moss joined Heber Springs State Bank as a Teller/Customer Service Representative for two years before transitioning to First Security Bank in 2011. At First Security Bank, Moss held various positions including Customer Support Center Supervisor from 2011 to 2013, Corporate Trainer from 2013 to 2016, Cash Management Representative from 2016 to 2017, Retail Operations Manager from 2017 to 2020, and currently as Assistant Vice President/Retail Operations Manager/BSA Manager since 2020.
Throughout their career, Moss has demonstrated expertise in customer service, training, and operations management.

Brandon attended Arkansas State University from 2004 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management. During the same period, they also obtained another Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance & Economics.
Prior to their Bachelor's degrees, Moss attended Arkansas State University-Beebe from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management.
In addition to their educational achievements, Moss has also obtained several certifications. In June 2019, they obtained the National Check Professional (NCP) certification from ECCHO. In October 2017, they obtained the Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification from Nacha.
