Madelin Estupinan

Madelin Estupinan is an experienced professional in the real estate industry, currently serving as the Director of the Commercial Real Estate Division at First Service Realty since August 2022. Prior to this role, Estupinan spent nearly a decade as a Commercial Realtor at Estupinan Group, specializing as a Multifamily Advisor. Beginning a career in real estate as a Realtor at Realty World from January 2007 to January 2013, Estupinan also held positions at Coldwell Banker Real Estate and Coldwell Banker Continental, where expertise in commercial real estate was further developed. Before entering real estate, Estupinan founded and led Sophisticated Designs, a successful lamp and accessories manufacturing enterprise. Educational qualifications include multiple degrees from the University of Havana, including a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.).
