Bryan Benedict

Bryan Benedict is an experienced Global Commodity Manager at First Solar, responsible for managing over $500 million in global spend across steel and aluminum categories and developing comprehensive category management strategies. With a robust background in procurement and supply chain management, Bryan previously served as a Commodity Manager at Dana Incorporated from March 2017 to February 2023, where responsibilities included managing aluminum castings procurement and implementing strategies across multiple regions. Additional roles included Material Planner/Scheduler, Buyer, and various positions at Bowling Green State University and FirstEnergy. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Bowling Green State University and is currently pursuing an MBA at The University of Arizona Global Campus.
