Carey Rakich

Carey Rakich is an experienced professional in human resources and environmental health and safety systems, currently serving as the Manager of HR and EHS Systems at First Solar since November 2008. Prior to this role, Carey held the position of Global Manager for HR Systems at Dana Corporation from 1996 to 2008 and worked as a Senior Consultant at SoftLink International from August 1994 to April 1996. Carey holds an MBA in Information Systems from Indiana University Bloomington, earned between 1988 and 1990, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University, completed between 1984 and 1988.
