Christopher J. Houghton

Christopher J. Houghton has a diverse work experience in the solar energy industry. Christopher J. began their career at Kyocera Solar in 1997, where they worked in module manufacturing and integration until 1999. Christopher J. then joined American Solar Electric as an installer from 1998 to 2002. In 2003, they joined Energy Outfitters / groSolar as an engineer and technical services provider, staying with the company until 2007. Christopher then worked at Solar Design Associates as an engineer from 2007 to 2008. Christopher J. then moved on to PV Powered as the Eastern Regional Sales Manager from 2008 to 2009. Christopher J. is currently working as the Director of Business Development at First Solar, Inc. since April 2009.

Christopher J. Houghton obtained a B.S.E.E degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University, attending from 1999 to 2003.
