Gina Peralta

Gina Peralta has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. From 2008 to 2014, they worked at Paula's Choice Skincare as a Global Regulatory Lead, where they served as a liaison between the U.S. office and international distributors for regulatory-related projects. At Emerson from 2014 to 2016, they were a Corporate Trade Compliance Specialist & Auditor/Liaison for Latin America, developing and implementing International Trade Compliance programs and managing audit and training programs. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Cargill as a Sr. Trade Compliance Analyst, collaborating with regional managers to develop a Global Process Taxonomy for the Trade Operations & Compliance Organization. Currently, since 2019, they are employed at First Solar as a Corporate Legal & Compliance Specialist, where they lead continuous improvement initiatives, drives simplification projects, and implements technology transitions for the Legal & Compliance Department.

Gina Peralta holds a Master's degree in International Business from Nova Southeastern University obtained in 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in International Law and Comparative Legal Systems from the same university in 2005. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in 2023 and a Global Regulatory Affairs Certificate from the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS) in 2013.
