Jagatheesan Raaj Ramanaidu is an experienced Equipment Engineering Manager at First Solar since December 2008, with a demonstrated history of developing technical training programs and optimizing manufacturing performance through data analysis and systematic processes. Jagatheesan has played a vital role in coaching and developing teams using the SMART and PDCA approaches, managing performance through established metrics, and coordinating ISO audits. Prior experience includes roles as a Manufacturing Manager and Production Shift Manager at First Solar, as well as engineering positions at Infineon Technologies and Intel Corporation, showcasing a strong background in operational excellence, team leadership, and strategic planning. Jagatheesan holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Physics from the University of Malaya.
