Rajni Mallick

Rajni Mallick is a seasoned Development Engineer at First Solar, specializing in Device Process Integration since February 2014. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Process Development Engineer at Reel Solar, where responsibilities encompassed the development of sputter-based thin film back contacts and enhancing the reliability of photovoltaic panels. Rajni also held the position of Senior Thermal Process Engineer at Alion Company, focusing on optimizing CdTe-based absorbers for solar panel production. Additional roles include Process Development and Material Characterization Engineer at EPIR Technologies Inc, where significant contributions were made in doping processes and contact development for various semiconductor applications, and Research Assistant at the University of Illinois, exploring the effects of passivation on photoconductor devices.
