Vijay Mony

Vijay Mony is the managing partner at Woodson Equity and the chairman of the board at First Source Electronics. They have held senior leadership and board roles across multiple firms, including managing director at Atar Capital (2017–2023) and senior vice president at OpenGate Capital (2013–2017). They served on the boards of Frontier Integrity Solutions, RWS Facility Services, Solero Technologies, Clarvida, WinCup, and Microcel Corporation. Earlier in their career, they worked at Ford Motor Company as a supplier quality engineer (2000–2005) and at Accenture as a manager in Accenture Strategy (2005–2008).
