Margaret Wood

Margaret Wood started their work experience in 1988 at BB&T as a Banking Officer and Mortgage Loan Underwriter. Margaret was responsible for underwriting various types of mortgage loan applications and also supervised the Post-Closing/Purchasing Department. In 1996, they joined First South Bank as a Vice President and Mortgage Loan Officer, where they dedicated herself to providing the best mortgage program for their customers and offering professional and personalized customer service. Later in the same year, they moved to CresCom Bank as a VP and Mortgage Loan Officer. Further details about their roles at CresCom Bank are not provided.

Margaret Wood attended Lenoir Community College from 1977 to 1980. During this time, they pursued a degree in Computer Science and successfully completed their Associate of Science (AS) degree.
