Appraisal Review Officer, VP at First South Bank

Rich Earley has a diverse background in the appraisal and banking industry. Rich began their career at Wachovia in 1994, where they served as the District Appraisal Manager for over 14 years. In 2008, they founded their own company, Earley Appraisal Consultants, where they focused on appraising commercial and residential real estate. After three years, they joined Capital Bank as a Senior Appraisal Review Officer, Vice President, and eventually became the Appraisal Review Manager of the Carolinas and TN, VP. During their time at Capital Bank, they successfully developed and managed a fully staffed appraisal and evaluation department for multiple states. In 2015, they briefly worked at Mearstone Group as a Senior Appraiser before joining First South Bank as an Appraisal Review Officer, Vice President.
