Joe Stiles has extensive experience in pastoral roles, serving as Pastor at First Southern Baptist Church since May 2008 and previously as Pastor of Youth and Discipleship from September 1985 to May 2008. Stiles began ministry as Youth Pastor at Calvary Baptist Church from September 1981 to August 1985 and as Youth Director at First Southern Baptist Church in 1980-1981. Educationally, Stiles holds a Master of Religious Education from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (1984-1989) and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Wichita State University (1977-1983).
