Brooke Carson

Brooke Carson is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in branch management and consumer lending. Currently serving as a Financial Center Manager at Simmons Bank since September 2015, Brooke leads a branch team to achieve sales goals while fostering relationships with both consumer and commercial customers. Prior to Simmons Bank, Brooke was a Branch Manager and Consumer Lender at First State Bank, where responsibilities included staff coaching, meeting branch objectives, and coordinating public relations events. Brooke's career began at First State as a Loan Administrative Assistant, with tasks ranging from processing loan applications to marketing communications. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Dyersburg State Community College, along with specialized training from the Tennessee Bankers Association.
