Helen Douglass

Helen Douglass has extensive experience in the banking industry. Helen is currently serving as the Vice President at Riverstone Bank since November 2021. Prior to this role, Helen worked at First State Bank for over two decades. Helen started their career as a Senior Teller in August 1998 and then went on to become an Assistant Vice President Assistant Cashier in June 2007. In their latter role, Helen was responsible for various branch operational activities, managing lobby staff, processing new account transactions, and cross-selling the bank's products and services. Helen also provided leadership, training, and support to the lobby staff. Throughout their career, Helen has consistently focused on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.

Helen Douglass attended Peru State College from 1976 to 1977, where they pursued a field of study in General Studies.
