Rodney Kroll

Rodney Kroll, MBA has a extensive work experience in the banking and insurance industry. Rodney began their career in 1971 as an Assistant at Citizens National Bank of Waco, where they worked until 1973. Rodney then joined Texas National Bank of Waco as President and served in that role until 1997. From 1997 to 2020, Rodney served as President & Chairman of Texas First State Bank. In 2020, they joined Cadence Bank as Area Chairman until 2022. Currently, Rodney is Market President at First State Bank, the oldest state chartered bank in Texas.

Rodney Kroll, MBA has a strong educational background in business administration and mathematics. Rodney completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2022 from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, Rodney pursued a Contollership program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1977 to 1979, specializing in Bank Management.
